Made from <strong data-start=\"369\" data-end=\"377\">millet<\/strong>, a local and ancestral cereal, Thi\u00e9r\u00e9 is considered a <strong data-start=\"436\" data-end=\"461\">symbol of fertility<\/strong> and plays a central role in many cultural and family celebrations. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"930\">This local couscous is distinguished by the <strong data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"606\">fineness of its grains<\/strong>. It is obtained by <strong data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"677\">manually kneading millet flour mixed with water<\/strong>, forming small balls that are then <strong data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"738\">steamed<\/strong> until they reach a <strong data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"786\">light and tasty<\/strong> texture.
