These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products offered on our website by any user or customer.
Our products are imported from Africa and are described as accurately as possible. Prices are listed in [euros / dollars / your chosen currency] and do not include VAT, import duties, or customs fees (see Section 6).
We reserve the right to modify prices and/or product specifications at any time without prior notice.
To place an order, the customer must follow the online checkout process. By confirming the order, the customer expressly accepts these terms and conditions.
Once payment is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order summary.

Payment must be received in full before the order is shipped.
We ship to various countries using international logistics providers. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or other external factors.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before the order is finalized.
Prices shown on our website do not include VAT, import duties, or customs fees that may apply in the destination country.
As a company based outside the European Union and not currently registered with the IOSS system, sales to customers within the EU may be subject to customs inspection. In such cases, the customer may be required by local customs or the delivery carrier to pay applicable VAT, along with potential administrative fees related to the customs clearance process.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees collected at checkout.
We strongly recommend that customers check their country’s customs and tax regulations before placing an order.
Customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product, provided that it has not been used and is in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. Please contact us by email to exercise this right.
We accept returns for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide photos of the product.
Returns will not be accepted if the customer refuses to pay applicable customs fees or taxes.
We are not liable for any delays, losses, or customs holds that may occur after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s country of origin, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights applicable in the buyer’s country of residence.
